The entire student body gathered in the gym for an assembly. A few skits were being done and some of us ladies were asked to randomly dance during the song Girls by the Beastie Boys. When the song came on, we all jumped on to the floor and danced our hearts out. That is until the end of the song when the Beastie Boys sang:
🎶 Girls – to do the dishes
Girls – to clean up my room
Girls – to do the laundry
Girls – and in the bathroom 🎶
We all quickly sat down. None of the ladies wanted to dance to that part. Good times!
