This Day in High School History

1996 Ella Fitzgerald died in Beverly Hills, California, aged 79. Already blinded by the effects of diabetes, Fitzgerald had both her legs amputated in 1993.

  • Opened in 1978 around the time that we were born!
  • Originally part of the Jordan School District. Now it is part of Canyons School District.
  • Has one of the largest AP programs in Utah. 
  • Has an award-winning performing arts program.
